Should there be a fault with your item we will refund you within thirty days of your purchase. We will pay for postage and supply you with your local drop-off point.
After 30 days of purchase:
Should you have an issue with your device after thirty days, please contact us immediately. You will need to return the device to us here so our engineers may look at it. Postage will need to be paid by yourself.
